The sec. was very helpful and welcoming.. I was over my mileage on oil change. She got me in without appointment. Whenever I need assistance I can call and without hesitation I am taken care of. Very friendly and helpful. Been here before and will return... Jason you have a great crew....

Great experience. Reasonable prices - even came in under the quote. They needed to have the car over the weekend so gave me a loaner. I WILL be going back for future repairs.

Good communication and fast turnaround

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They look over every part of your vehicle to make sure everything is safe. They'll tell you what needs to be fixed immediately, what needs to be fixed in the near future, and what will need repairs longer down the road. It's the only shop I'll bring my vehicle to because I know my vehicle is in good hands with them. They even offer payment plans if your repairs cost more than expected (which I greatly appreciated and took advantage of since the repairs I needed were unexpected and money is kind of tight cuz I'm 8 months pregnant, trying to buy everything for the baby). Would absolutely recommend this business to anyone in need of services for their vehicles.

Pro Automotive is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, and detail oriented shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve received, on multiple occasions: correct efficient repairs, diagnostics, advice, synthetic oil changes, and not to mention affordable - services, repairs and much more for the past couple years.
