Very friendly staff. They texted me pictures and assessments of my truck as the work was being done. They were very fair and honest about the repairs. My wife referred me when they fixed her Toyota. They gave her a free loaner car while the work was being done. We will definitely be coming back for any future issues.

We have had three autos with three major issues and Jason and his team has been nothing but honest, compassionate, and really affordable. I would highly recommend Jason and his team! PS we have gone there for non major as well! And it’s great too! Look for the coupon in the mail!

Being a Senior in this virus time I was very thankful that they picked my car up, completed the oil change, sanitized, and returned it to me. Thank you for that service.

My car needed an oil change and an engine flush amidst the Coronavirus outbreak. Pro Automotive came to my house to pick up my car and dropped it off when finished for no charge. They even applied coupon to my oil change price. I have been going to the Webster location since they opened and will continue to. Great customer service!!

Yes, this is about my grandmother. If you were happy to help, you would have resolved the issue when a family member went down in person to deal with the situation. She DID NOT NEED the services you said she needed (you convinced her she did). Back brakes is all she went in for. A four hundred dollar brake job, ended up costing her $1900. Disgusting.

However, I have spoken to your grandma and she told me she was very happy with her experience and she also confirmed that she wanted those services and approved all of them. We would NEVER take advantage of anyone, let alone a senior citizen. There's clearly been some misunderstanding, and I hope you and your grandmother can connect about the confusion and that you will remove this negative review. They take advantage of seniors citizens and gouge for pricing. Then my grandma asked for just the rear brakes to be done and they went ahead and did the front as well charging her an extra 900$ for the (already done) front brakes...a brake job cost over 1800$ dollars.. what a rip-off and just a sorry company at best. If you want to get ripped off and gouged this is your place

Had my ford 350 diesel there needed Egr valve they took care of promptly. Light still coming on they took it right in found harness problem fixed promptly ! Have truck back for summer fun!!

Fast, efficient. They don't pressure you into anything or rip you off. They also send pics to your cell of what they're doing. I love that.
