Yes, this is about my grandmother. If you were happy to help, you would have resolved the issue when a family member went down in person to deal with the situation. She DID NOT NEED the services you said she needed (you convinced her she did). Back brakes is all she went in for. A four hundred dollar brake job, ended up costing her $1900. Disgusting.

However, I have spoken to your grandma and she told me she was very happy with her experience and she also confirmed that she wanted those services and approved all of them. We would NEVER take advantage of anyone, let alone a senior citizen. There's clearly been some misunderstanding, and I hope you and your grandmother can connect about the confusion and that you will remove this negative review.
