OK...........second time this year my car needed significant repairs (perhaps time for a new car?) and I chose Pro automotive. They took my car quickly and called me quickly with repairs needed and cost. They even had a courtesy car they could offer during the time it took to repair my car (many garages do not offer this service). Everyone is friendly, kept me in the loop, and provided great service! I am so happy to find a reliable, positive, honest, friendly garage to count on when I need it.......thank you Pro automotive!

Morgan (receptionist) and Chris (service advisor) were both super helpful, professional, and polite. Dan (mechanic) was also super awesome! All employees were very knowledgeable and more importantly, honest with me. I didn't ever feel rushed or talked down to. I was told the game plan ahead of time and all repairs ( and pricing) were explained to me before work was started. The shop itself is very clean. The waiting room is neat and tidy. There is free Keurig coffee, seltzer, juice boxes, and candy. The bathrooms are also sparkling clean, which I feel is an important but often overlooked part of a business. This shop was excellent. They were friendly, clean, organized and very thorough. Went over my vehicle with a fine toothed comb and let me know what I needed. I felt as if they were fair in price compared to two other shops I had the car looked at first. Definitely recommend.

I needed my car starter replaced. Pro automotive got my car in immediately. Morgan and Chris were both extremely friendly and professional. They are upfront and were able to get my car back to me in a timely manner. I will always go to Pro Automotive for any of my car needs!

I bought tires off of TireRack.com and Pro Automotive was listed as a certified installer. After completing the purchase I called Eric and he informed me that once the tires arrived that he would call me to schedule the installation. I watched the tracking and as soon as they arrived he called me and we scheduled the service. The tires were installed and were perfectly balanced. The alignment was also spot on. They will be installing all of my future sets of tires from now on. Great local shop, great customer service, and great quality! Much better than the larger tire companies in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A most professional auto repair experience. After being told at a dealership that they were unable to find the problem with my brakes, I went to Pro Automotive. When I arrived, everyone I encountered was courteous, pleasant, polite and professional. After I explained my problem, I was quoted a price and a time. Because I dropped in without a reservation, my time was going to be a little later, but they assured me that they would get to my car as soon as possible. Within an hour, not only did they get to my car, they successfully diagnosed the problem, fixed my car and my bill was less than the quoted price. I was fortunate to find an automotive repair shop filled with professional, trustworthy and personable individuals, who are concerned more about the client and their car than they are the dollar. I recommend Pro Automotive to anyone who owns an automobile.
